Q. Do you ship to countries other than the United Kingdom?

A. Yes. We ship worldwide. We only sell in pounds sterling and total costs, including carriage are calculated at the checkout. If your card account is in a currency other than pounds sterling you may still use that card and your payment will be converted to your currency by your card provider. For orders to be shipped outside of the European Union, or to The Channel Islands, Value Added Tax (VAT) is deducted at the checkout. Overseas orders are shipped by Royal Mail airmail.

Q. Can I show a Panamint Cinema DVD or Blu-ray in my club or cinema?

A. UK copyright law permits the exhibition of DVDs and Blu-rays only in private homes to which the general public is not invited, whether paying or not. Panamint Cinema has licenses to produce DVDs and Blu-rays for viewing in private homes only. We do not have the rights to permit public performance in clubs or cinemas, whether the audience is paying on not.

Q. Are Panamint Cinema titles available to rent, stream or download?

A. None of our titles are available to rent, stream or download.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A. We accept payment by all major card providers including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Credit and debit payments are taken securely by Stripe, and processed with 128-bit encryption and SSL transfer for secure handling of your payment information. No payment details are held on Panamint Cinema's web-site. Customers may optionally have card details saved by Stripe for future transactions. We also accept cheques made out to Panamint Cinema. Goods will be shipped on clearance of cheque.
